“I join the entire nation in commemorating the 124th anniversary of the martyrdom of Dr. Jose Rizal. The trials we continue to face this year have given rise in new breed of heroes, who have shown extraordinary courage in the face of unprecedented challenges,” ayon kay Pangulong Duterte

“As we remember Rizal’s sacrifice more than a century ago, let us continue working together, fostering solidarity, integrity and patriotism among our people as we pursue real and meaningful change in our society,” dagdag na pahayag nito.

“Our One Defense Team remains steadfast in our commitment to protect the young generation from the forces of corruption from the communist terrorist groups who lead promising, youthful lives astray,” ang phayag ni Lorenzana.

Hinimok din nito ang publiko na dakilain ang mga alaala ni Rizal “by coming together to pave the way for a more peaceful, united, and strong nation for the current and future generations.”
